Solution

We chose high-volume outreach via email because this approach isn’t as common on the Croatian market. Our goal was to reach the largest possible audience to secure the most meetings. 

While their sales reps were making 2-5 calls a week full-time, we were able to generate an average of 11 calls using automated outreach.

We focused on email and LinkedIn to cover more markets, especially those where we couldn’t access email addresses. 

For example, many companies in this industry use encryption, which makes it hard to land in their inboxes and often results in emails going straight to spam. That’s why our strategy combined these two channels, ensuring we reached as many prospects as possible.

Results

  • Outreach campaigns: We reached over 10,000 leads through roughly 25,000 emails and 1,000 LinkedIn direct messages.
  • Improved meeting generation: Before we got involved, CompliQuest was booking just 2-3 meetings per week per sales rep. Thanks to our automated outreach, they landed 110 new meetings, averaging 44 warm leads per month..
  • Optimized reply rates: The campaigns had a 9.68% reply rate, with 15.49% of those being positive responses. This led to around 150 interested prospects and 110 successfully booked meetings.
  • High deliverability: The email campaigns had an impressive open rate of nearly 70%, meaning the messages made it to the target inboxes and finally avoided spam filters.
